I have spent 28 years inside the real estate business. Not advising it from outside. Inside it. Recruiting agents, building teams, managing brokerages, coaching producers through the parts of the business that do not show up in a highlight reel.

Five Chicago brokerages: Coldwell Banker, @properties, Dream Town, d'aprile, and Fulton Grace. Over 1,600 agents served. $2.8 billion in new client sales volume. Currently VP of Agent Development at Fulton Grace Realty.

I founded Ultradian Partners to coach real estate professionals on daily execution using the Ultradian Method. Coaching showed me a pattern: the most successful operators were bottlenecked by their brand and marketing, not their skill.

They had outgrown the template website, the logo a friend made, the marketing they were cobbling together between closings. They needed an agency that understood their business, not just their industry.

Why CMPGN exists

Most real estate marketing is built backward. An agent or team hires a vendor, gets a template dressed in their colors, and calls it branding. The website looks like every other website. The ads look like every other ad. The social feed looks like every other feed. And they wonder why no one remembers them.

The problem is not execution. The problem is that there is no brand underneath the execution. No positioning. No visual system. No voice. Nothing that makes a buyer or seller recognize you before you walk in the room.

CMPGN starts with the brand. Then we build the marketing system on top of it. Identity, website, paid, organic, CRM, social. One studio, one strategy, one standard. Everything connects because everything was designed to connect.

The name is campaign without the unnecessary letters. That is the thesis: remove what does not serve the work. What is left is the brand.
